Essential Supply Products Ltd (esp) is one of the leading independent manufacturers and converters of disposable tissue products in the UK. Based in Malvern, Worcestershire the company was formed in 1990. We supply products to wholesale distributors serving the Away from Home (non-consumer) market in the janitorial, hotel, restaurant, facilities management, catering, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Currently employing 64 people (95% of which come from the local county), esp has maintained its Worcestershire location and profile as an important local employer. Continual investment in our people and our manufacturing capability has allowed to us successfully expand our customer base and develop a national presence.

In June 2014 esp were proudly certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standards. Our current facilities cover just over 108,000 square feet, which is split between a converting unit, offices and three warehouses. In 2007, esp started searching for suitable land / premises to amalgamate all areas into one location. The 19 acre site at Blackmore Park in Malvern was purchased in 2013 and following months of design work, the planning application has recently been submitted. The new site will consolidate all operations enabling us to continue servicing their current markets whilst also allowing for future development and expansion into new markets. With innovative design plans and scheduled investment for at least two new production lines, esp’s desire to create a world class converting plant is well within the realms of possibility. We plan to make the offices a fun and vibrant place to work as well as being a great facility for customers and suppliers alike to visit.
2015 marks esp’s 25th Anniversary, as well as continuing to expand our team which is growing in line with the business, we have a number of exciting marketing campaigns planned to celebrate our 25 years building up to the opening of Blackmore Park.
